The quest is littered with numerous bugs, to a point, that it took me 3 attempts to even complete it.
1) Tobias starts in a wall instead of the house where the quest start, making it difficult for people that have never played the quest before to follow.
2) You can't talk to Lorna to summon him again if you lost him.
3) The Cathedral is in the wrong instance compared to the one its supposed to be in (it's supposed to be empty, but instead its in the same instance as when the cutscene plays and worgens break in through the windows) which causes a bunch of other issues.
3a) Because of the wrong instance, there is missing Dialog in the courtyard.
3b) There is also worgens inside of the building and its entrance which can, and have on my first two attempts, cause Tobias's pathing to get disrupted making it so he doesnt jump in the water and not activating the conditions for Sylvanas and the General to spawn in.
3c) The General also has missing dialog.

The Worgen that assist you when you blow the horn are hostile and horde aligned instead of being friendly npcs, they still fight the Dark rangers but they can be killed for honor and even turn on your before they despawn.

When trying to save the watchmen from drowning, they keep getting stuck to my shoulder. The first one worked fine, but every other since just doesn't. Makes the quest undoable. Some of them are also completely unable to be picked up. This makes the further progression of the worgen questline impossible.

The control pannel for the demons keeps disappearing randomly, making you unable to control the minion. It can be fixed by relogging, but it disappears again after some time.

If you keep clicking the water of vision near the fire, you can get infinite wolves

The finish marker is supposed to be in the village, but it is located in a middle of a field.

During the feed of evil quest, the torches are supposed to be thrown at the feed crates, but instead, the character just lobs them in place, forcing you to go very close to them to light them. On top of that, the torches are supposed to damage/kill the boars in a radius from the feed when you hit it, which doesn't happen.

Instead of the NPC's fighting, theres a bunch of floating swords just moving around at the entrance to Ashenvale from the Horde side.

Ashenvale quest, you're supposed to use Gorats blood to kill a named enemy, but the marker showing you the location of the corpse is missing (as if its in a different area, even though its not). Added is a screenshot showing me right next to the body and still nothing showing on the right where the quests are.

Just as it says on the tin, when you defend the peons, youre supposed to get a pile of wood, which, when you open, gives you "freshly cut wood", but, instead of being a 100% drop from the wood pile on the ground, the item only appears about 50% of the time.

doesn't give usable items, just these item id:139308

can only get Legend of the Monkey King item=139561 none of the other items seem to drop.

these should yield 3 to 5 fish per cast, currently getting only 1.

When fishing in legion zones you get an empty loot window when fishing every 3 to 10 casts sometimes 2 or 3 in a row.
my fishing is at 800.

mysterious camel figurine npc=50409 takes you to the steam pools but dormus still isnt there.

the npc Marin Noggenfogger npc=102594 has no option to turn in this item
